New political situation in Post-Soviet Central Asia

Central Asia regions during the course of many centuries was the center of trading-economic and cultural exchange between Asia and Europe, the major interlink on the ancient routs of the Great Silk Road. Contemporary newly independent Central Asian nations — Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan consider development of alternative regional transport communications as important of the national regional strategy. Today’s Central Asian states have become active participants in various projects, revival of the Great Silk Road that promote economic and political cooperation with countries of Europe and Asia.
